This newspost is a bit late, but we wanted to let you know anyway. After a few unfortunate 1% wipes on putricide we finally managed to kill him on the 26th of may on his first try of that week! Hard work finally paid off.

Lich King, beware! We are coming for you!

We are alive and kicking on Professor Putricide's door before meeting our guild WotLK's goal: Lich King Heroic. We had two months of struggle that started right after we killed Lich King on normal. First of all, we welcomed among our ranks our long time competitors, Neophyte, to strengthen our ranks but in the process we lost a couple of old members either by going idle or migrating on other realms. We had a good start, we got Lady Deathwisper Heroic on 20%, we killed Rotface Heroic and it seemed we were on the right track. We got left with people that cared and they put effort into what XZ was all about: progressing at our own pace in a way that keeps it enjoyable for us. We got back our core of raiders, we got a lot of new trialists, we got back some people that migrated (hopefully all of them will come back) and we are looking further ahead to what's left of WotLK and beyond. We are here to raid and rediscover our old XZ spirit, our guild we call it home. Thanks for the effort guys!
